Distance Reiki

All the benefits of coming in for a Reiki treatment without having to come in. This is ideal for someone who is far away, bed bound, hospitalized or otherwise unable to come to the center.

​Releasing Trapped Emotions

Trapped emotions can cause depression, anxiety, block people from love and happiness, make them feel disconnected from others, they can even cause pain and prevent the body from healing. When you release trapped emotions, it makes the conditions right for your body to heal itself. 

 

Aura Smudging

A smudge ceremony is performed to correct the energy of a person. This is accomplished by burning sage or a combination of herbs, in a focused, intentional way to cleanse out negative energy and to replenish positive, healing energy.

 

House Cleansing/Blessing​

A house cleansing and blessing is performed by smudging and also by using the four elements to purify and balance the energies in a space while holding the highest of intentions. This is typically done when the energy just feels off, if there has been a lot of arguing going on in the space, or if you feel a spiritual disturbance. This is great to do when moving into a new place, to cleanse the energies of the previous occupants.
